A VISION OF THE FUTURE 遇见未来
In the near future, what clothes will we wear and where will they be designed? What food will we eat and how will we buy it? And how will our lives be more convenient, social, fun and healthy? XINTIANDI is developing three concepts – Social House, Foodie Social and Design Social – that aim to answer these questions and more. We introduce them here.
在不久的将来，我们会穿着什么样的服装？它们又是如何被设计的呢？未来的食物长什么样？我们又会通过什么方式进行购买？未来的生活将如何变得更便捷、更互动、更有趣、更健康呢？新天地描绘了三种未来场景来回应这些设想：Social House、Foodie Social和Design Social，欢迎来到未来。
SOCIAL HOUSE by XINTIANDI
Social House by XINTIANDI is an eclectic social space infused with the concept “New Retail”. It will introduce visitors to the latest in art, culture, design, gastronomy and technology by creating a diversified commercial ecosystem that incorporates shops, bars and restaurants, and social spaces. The space will empower urban social interaction, and will bring forth shared values of community.
Social House by XINTIANDI是一个复合型新零售社交空间。通过打造一个集合零售、休闲、餐厅及社交空间的多元商业生态系统，让公众与最前沿的文化艺术、设计、美食、科技不期而遇。以多样化的空间赋能空间都市社交体验，构建社群的共同价值。

A mixture of lifestyle stores – book shops, florists – blend in with cafes and restaurants to create a dynamic retail ecosystem.

The concept of wellness will play an important role at Social House, which is why there's a gym here, as well as activities such as cooking classes, where you can spend time with like-minded friends.
“品质生活”的理念始终贯穿在Social House中，你可以选择来一场健身运动，或者报名参与一次烹饪教学，和志趣相投的伙伴共度品质时光。
IN THE OPEN

At Social House, the borders between stores and cafes will merge, encouraging social interaction and creating a frictionless experience.
在Social House，不同商业店面之间的物理界限被消解，以此鼓励互动参与、创造开放无界的社交体验。
FOODIE SOCIAL
Foodie Social is a new type of food destination that incorporates elements of the food market, the upmarket restaurant, the sharing kitchen, and the pop-up food stall. It is a place where visitors can buy fresh produce, join a cooking class, or organise a food-related event. Foodie Social will encourage interaction not just among foodies but locals that live nearby, and will become an exciting social destination.
Foodie Social是一种分享美食的全新体验方式。这里不仅集合了食物集市、高端餐厅、共享厨房和美食快闪区域，到访者还可以在现场采新鲜食材、参与烹饪课程亦或是组织美食相关的活动。除了鼓励吃货之间的社群互动，Foodie Social还将积极带动周边的居民参与其中，进而演化成一个令人期待的美食社交目的地。
FROM FARM TO FOODIE SOCIAL

Foodie Social will include a market space where visitors can buy fresh produce delivered from high-quality farms. New pay technologies will be introduced, enabling a frictionless retail experience.
在Foodie Social的市集上，你可以采购到从高品质农场直送的新鲜农副产品。现场还会应用最新的支付技术，以实现无缝流畅的零售体验。
BUY TO COOK
即购即煮
Foodie Social will also feature cooking areas, providing visitors with the opportunity to buy fresh produce and cook it almost immediately on site.
烹饪体验是Foodie Social的一大亮点，在这里访客可以体验从采购新鲜食材到现场烹饪的一站式服务。
CHEF'S TABLE
主厨餐桌
The destination will allow chefs to test new ideas by providing them with the opportunity to oversee a pop-up restaurant, and allowing visitors to sample dishes unavailable elsewhere.
主厨们可以在此设立快闪美食区域以实验他们的创意菜品，消费者则可以在这个快闪空间内进行试菜赏味，一尝别处无它的特色餐食。
DESIGN SOCIAL
Design Social will be a new kind of fashion ecosystem. It will be a destination for visitors to come and buy the best in contem-porary fashion, especially from Chinese designers, but it will also act as a fashion community social platform. Young designers will be provided with workspaces in which to develop their brands, and will be afforded various kinds of industry training and advice, and will be privy to a fashion fund. There will also be showrooms and catwalks for designers to showcase their work.
Design Social是一种新型的时尚产业生态系统。它不仅汇聚了当代设计，特别是中国本地原创设计精品，更是一个时尚界社群的交流平台。青年设计师在共享工作空间中自由发挥创意；亦可借此平台获得全方位的行业辅导与方向建议。设计师们有机会获得资金扶持的同时，更有机会在专业的showroom和时装周走秀上向业内人士与公众呈现作品。
WALKING THE WALK
秀场无休
As well as offering spaces in which to work, Design Social will provide spaces for designers to showcase their work, including catwalks for shows during Shanghai Fashion Week.
除了共享的办公空间，Design Social还特别为设计师们提供作品展示机会与平台，如上海时装周期间的时装走秀等。
A SPACE TO WORK

Design Social will provide up-and-coming Chinese designers with room to work within a shared, collaborative design studio space.
Design Social为具有发展潜力的中国设计师提供共享的协作式设计工作空间。

As part of its fashion ecosystem, Design Social will also provide designers with the opportunity to create pop-up shops, giving fashion dilettantes the chance to buy new and rare pieces first, and helping designers to understand what kind of clothes are popular among buyers.
