To timely detect and report COVID-19 cases, analyze disease characteristics and exposure history, regulate the management of close contacts, provide guides to the public and specific groups for personal protection, strictly disinfect specific places, effectively prevent community spread, and reduce the adverse effect of 2019-nCoV infection on the public’s health.
