3　Equipment Foundation，Foundation Bolt and Base Plate

3.1　General Requirements

3.1.1　This chapter shall be applicable to the acceptance of installation quality of the foundation，foundation bolt and base plate of steel-making mechanical equipment.

3.1.2　Prior to installation of equipment，the foundation shall be inspected for acceptance.In case of acceptance failure，the equipment must not be installed.

3.1.3　The foundation for main steel-making mechanical equipment shall be subject to settlement survey with records being made.
