动作步骤 Execution
01 身体直立,双脚分开,与肩同宽,并踩住弹力带中间,双手分别紧握弹力带两端,掌心相对,双臂向上弯曲至肩部,保持弹力带有一定张力。
02~05 保持身体姿势不变,一侧手臂向上拉伸弹力带至手臂完全伸直,接着回到原位,再换另一侧手臂向上拉伸弹力带至手臂完全伸直,之后回到原位,重复进行规定的次数。
