每晚用热水泡脚20~30分钟,既可疏通经络,排除体内的寒气,又可调节体温,促进血液循环,放松血管和神经组织,有助于血压的双向调节。
小提示
冬季起居,应该与太阳同步,早睡迟起,避寒就暖。特别是老年人,气血虚衰,不建议“闻鸡起舞”。
