体型偏瘦或有一定体力劳动的糖尿病患者,可根据自身情况,在控制血糖的基础上,适当增加每日食物摄入总量。
在1800~1900千卡的饮食结构中,每天的主食量要控制在300~325克,其中,早餐控制在100克左右,午餐120克左右,晚餐100克左右。
糖尿病患者饮食一定要做到营养均衡,每日蔬菜摄入至少500克,水果不超过200克,鱼、虾50~100克,其他肉类50克左右,豆制品50~100克,蛋类30克左右。如果在两餐之间感到饥饿,可适当加餐,吃些糖分含量低的水果或奶制品。

轻度糖尿病患者、体型偏瘦或重体力劳动糖尿病患者,要适量增加热量摄入,以达到营养全面和均衡。
在2000~2100千卡的饮食结构中,每天的主食量要控制在350~375克,其中,早餐控制在110克左右,午餐140克左右,晚餐110克左右。
糖尿病患者在饮食上,主食要粗细搭配合理,副食要荤素搭配适宜。如果在两餐之间感到饥饿,可以吃些低热量水果或奶制品,千万不可选择快餐食品或零食。
2000~2100千卡三餐能量分别如下。
早餐的热量=(2000~2100)千卡×1/5=400~420千卡
午餐的热量=(2000~2100)千卡×2/5=800~840千卡
