刘天阳，武汉大学政治与公共管理学院副教授，武汉大学经济外交研究中心研究员，武汉大学-墨尔本大学全球治理联合研究中心负责人。湖北省高层次人才奖励计划获得者。研究方向为非传统安全与中国外交。相关研究成果发表于International Affairs，Political Geography，Terrorism and Political Violence，The Pacific Review，Policy and Internet，Political Studies Review，Critical Asian Studies，International Relations of the Asia-Pacific，Journal of Chinese Political Science，Comunicar等国际权威期刊。著有英文专著China’s Soft War on Terror：Space-Making Processes of Securitisation和Chinese Paradiplomacy at the Peripheries：Beyond the Hinterland，由Routledge出版社出版。
